Therefore, we are looking for an ambitious, tri-lingual Dutch, French and English speaking self-driven Compliance Support Officer, who, together with us, will build the internal support of tomorrow. This position is for our Zaventem-based premises.

Your role and responsibilities

You will be at the heart of our compliance department, reporting to the Head of Compliance. In this role, you will focus on the administrative tasks related to anti-money laundering legislation (AML), mainly the processing of identification data in our monitoring tool. Based on this, you will help the Compliance Team determine the risk for each customer. You will be in constant contact with teams in our operational departments.

Main responsibilities

• Collect identification information from clients;
• Process the information into our AML system;
• Communicate results of the acceptance process within the organisation;
• Follow up on the correct implementation of the acceptance process by the business units;
• Provide administrative support within the department;

• Do you have a bachelor’s degree in in law, secretarial studies, or equivalent ?
• Do you have at least three years of experience in an administrative support function?
• Do you have an independent mindset with a focus on ethics and AML?
• Are you energized by the diversity of the consulting environment?
• Do you take ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success?
• Are you a critical thinker with problem-solving skills?
• Do you have strong interpersonal and communication skills with different stakeholders?
• Are you bilingual, i.e., fully proficient in NL/ENG and/or FR/ENG?
• Do you have a European driver’s license?
