Robert Half Talent Solutions is momenteel op zoek naar een Risk & Data Analyst (m/v/x) voor een klant gelegen in Brussel .
Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de vastgoedsector .
Als Risk & Data Analyst (m/v/x) zal u volgende verantwoordelijkheden hebben:
- Risico's verbonden aan nieuwe investeringen en desinvesteringen analyseren
- Financiële analyses, stresstesten en marktbenchmarks uitvoeren
- Risicorapporteringen voorbereiden voor de verschillende bestuurs- en beslissingsorganen
- De belangrijkste risico-indicatoren binnen de portefeuille opvolgen
- Bijdragen aan oefeningen rond het interne model en kapitaalanalyses
- Ontwikkelingen op de vastgoed- en financiële markten actief opvolgen; Analyse- en reportingtools ontwikkelen en optimaliseren
- Meewerken aan de automatisering van processen en de toepassing van nieuwe technologieën en artificiële intelligentie
De vereiste kwalificaties voor de functie van Risk & Data Analyst (m/v/x) zijn:
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Finance, Economie, Handelsingenieur of een gelijkaardige richting
- Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring in risk management, financiële analyse, audit, controlling of data-analyse
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent in staat complexe financiële informatie te interpreteren en te vertalen naar heldere inzichten
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel; kennis van Power BI, Python of andere data-analysetools is een pluspunt
- Je bent nauwkeurig, proactief en communicatief sterk, en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders
- Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
