Tech-side Project Manager / PMO ad interim

Wat ga je doen?

Structuur aanbrengen: Je haalt de besluitvorming uit eindeloze e-mailketens en centraliseert deze in digitale projectmanagementtools (zoals Jira en monday.com).

Vertalen naar IT: Je zorgt ervoor dat de functionele wensen vanuit Finance systematisch worden omgezet in heldere, geschreven specificaties voor de ontwikkelaars.

Testen & Kwaliteit: Je definieert gestructureerde testscenario's in juiste testomgevingen, en zorgt voor een formele goedkeuring (sign-off) door de business.

Plannen & Coördineren: Je beheert de overkoepelende projectplanning en bewaakt de afhankelijkheden over de verschillende internationale regio's heen.

Jouw profiel

Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in ERP- en/of finance projectmanagement.

Aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central is een must.

Uitstekende diplomatieke vaardigheden; je krijgt zaken gedaan en forceert beslissingen zonder formele autoriteit over de teams te hebben.

Vloeiend in het Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans is een pluspunt.

Praktisch

Volume: fulltime of 80 %.

Duur: 6 maanden, verlengbaar in cycli van 3 maanden.

Locatie: Regio Brussel (Hybride, ca. 2 dagen per week op kantoor). 

Start: Zo snel mogelijk.
