Voor een internationale speler in duurzame voedselverpakkingen, gevestigd in de Kempen, zoeken we een energieke Business Developer met goesting om de markt te veroveren, nieuwe klanten te overtuigen en zichtbaar impact te maken op de commerciële groei in België.

Je komt terecht in een organisatie met korte communicatielijnen, een warme familiale sfeer en een open cultuur waar iedereen zichzelf kan zijn en aanspreekbaar is. Teamgevoel en samenwerking staan er centraal.
Jouw uitdaging
Als Business Developer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de commerciële groei in België. Je focust vooral op nieuwe klanten , aangevuld met het onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klanten .
Concreet betekent dit:
- Actief genereren van sales via koude en warme acquisitie
- Nieuwe klanten binnenhalen en het klantenbestand uitbreiden in heel België
- Zelfstandig je agenda beheren en afspraken inplannen
- Sterke, duurzame klantenrelaties opbouwen
- Nauw samenwerken met het salesteam en ook wekelijks aanwezig zijn
- Het bedrijf professioneel vertegenwoordigen in de markt
Jouw profiel
- We zoeken geen klassieke verkoper, maar iemand met drive, energie en overtuigingskracht .
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een salesrol (B2B is een plus).
- Je bent een echte netwerker met een vlotte babbel.
- Je bouwt graag een sterke band op met klanten en collega’s.
- Je voelt je thuis in een familiale omgeving en staat achter het product dat je verkoopt.
- Je kan omgaan met directe en open communicatie .
- Je hebt vooral goesting om te werken en resultaten te behalen.
- Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau en bezit een rijbewijs B .
- Je communiceert zeer vlot in Nederlands, Engels en Frans .
