Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern! Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in HR as part of your studies? We are offering an internship for a motivated student eager to contribute to recruitment and development projects within our team.Key responsibilities include:Assist in sourcing candidates on platforms and jobboards and maintaining a CV database.Help create and update engaging job descriptions and post job listings.Pre-screen applications, compile shortlists, and organize interview schedules.Prepare interview materials (CVs, evaluation sheets, tracking docs).Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in interviews.Draft and send follow-up emails.Analyse recruitment data and support with tracking metrics.Contribute to projects and other HR initiatives.Organize and file training certificates.Onboard new recruits.Who you are:Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resource Management, Labor Sciences, Work Psychology, or a related field that requires an internship agreement.Enthusiastic, organized, and proactive.Strong communication skills and proficient in MS Office.Detail-oriented and a team player.Fluent in English and French.
