Wat mag je verwachten?
In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en help je hen verder met vragen rond verschillende bancaire producten en diensten. Je combineert service met commercieel inzicht: je detecteert opportuniteiten, adviseert klanten en sluit verkoopgesprekken succesvol af op afstand. Daarnaast plan je afspraken in voor het kantorennetwerk.
Je denkt actief mee over hoe de werking van het Service Center nog efficiënter kan en krijgt de kans om bij te dragen aan projecten die processen optimaliseren. Jouw ideeën en initiatief maken hier écht het verschil.

Je bent een echte people person die energie haalt uit klantencontact en graag net dat stapje extra zet. Met jouw commerciële flair en vlotte babbel weet je klanten te adviseren en vertrouwen op te bouwen, ook via de telefoon. Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma
- Hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
- Je bent bereid om te werken in een comfortabel shiftensysteem
- Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikklen
- Proactief en stressbestendig
- Communicatief sterk en klantgericht
- Heb je ervaring in de bankensector? Dat is mooi meegenomen
