En tant que Procurement Manager, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la définition et le déploiement de la stratégie achats tout en accompagnant votre équipe vers l'excellence opérationnelle.
Vos responsabilités :
- Définir et mettre en ouvre la stratégie d'approvisionnement de votre catégorie en ligne avec les objectifs de l'entreprise
- Encadrer, coordonner et développer l'équipe approvisionnement
- Assurer l'amélioration continue des processus et des politiques achats
- Collaborer avec les différents départements afin d'optimiser les processus transversaux
- Piloter la sélection des fournisseurs, les négociations et la contractualisation
- Suivre les performances fournisseurs et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires
- Analyser les résultats, assurer le reporting des activités et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI)
Profil
Votre profil :
- Vous disposez d'une solide expérience en gestion d'équipe
- Vous maîtrisez SAP MM (S4HANA)
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils Microsoft Office
- Vous communiquez couramment en français et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Vous êtes orienté résultats et amélioration continue
- Vous faites preuve de pragmatisme et d'esprit d'initiative
- Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication
- Vous êtes disposé à voyager jusqu'à 2 à 3 jours par mois
