Notre client est un acteur spécialisé dans la gestion et la valorisation d'actifs immobiliers. Présent sur un marché dynamique, il se distingue par son approche professionnelle, son orientation client et sa volonté de maintenir un haut niveau de qualité sur l'ensemble de son portefeuille immobilier. L'entreprise propose un environnement collaboratif favorisant l'autonomie, le développement des compétences et la prise d'initiative.
- Assurer la gestion technique quotidienne des bâtiments sous votre responsabilité.
- Superviser les travaux d'entretien, de rénovation et de maintenance.
- Coordonner les interventions des prestataires externes et contrôler la qualité des prestations.
- Négocier et suivre les contrats de maintenance, services et fournitures.
- Organiser et assurer le suivi des contrôles réglementaires et des obligations légales.
- Veiller à la conformité technique et administrative des immeubles.
- Assurer la gestion des demandes et réclamations des locataires.
- Développer une relation de confiance avec les occupants et garantir leur satisfaction.
- Coordonner les différents intervenants liés à l'exploitation des immeubles.
- Participer à l'optimisation des coûts d'exploitation et à l'amélioration continue des services.
- Réaliser le reporting opérationnel et assurer un suivi rigoureux des actions en cours.
- Contribuer à la préservation et à la valorisation du patrimoine immobilier.
Profil
- Formation supérieure en immobilier, construction, facility management ou domaine équivalent.
- Première expérience réussie dans la gestion immobilière, la gestion technique ou le property management.
- Bonne compréhension des aspects techniques liés aux bâtiments.
- Expérience dans la coordination de fournisseurs et prestataires techniques.
- Sens du service client et excellente communication.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
- Approche rigoureuse, organisée et orientée solutions.
- Bonne capacité de négociation et de gestion des priorités.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels de gestion immobilière.
- Connaissance des obligations réglementaires liées aux bâtiments constituant un atout.
