En tant que Customer Advisor bilingue, tu joues un rôle essentiel au cœur de la relation client. En rejoignant notre client situé à Anderlecht, ton rôle de Customer Advisor bilingue te permettra d'offrir un accompagnement de qualité et de garantir la tranquillité d'esprit des abonnés.
Au quotidien, tes missions sont les suivantes :
- Service & Conseil : Accueillir et informer les abonnés par téléphone ou e-mail en apportant des réponses claires et personnalisées.
- Gestion des dossiers : Assurer le suivi administratif des contrats, la mise à jour des données clients et l'assistance de premier niveau.
- Orientation & Fidélisation : Comprendre les besoins des interlocuteurs pour les guider efficacement vers les solutions adaptées.
- Esprit d'équipe : Collaborer avec les différents services internes pour garantir une satisfaction client optimale.
Profil
Les indispensables :
- Maîtrise fluide et professionnelle du français et du néerlandais (bilinguisme oral et écrit).
- Aisance relationnelle, écoute active et communication professionnelle. • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités avec réactivité.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques courants.
Tes atouts :
- Expérience préalable réussie en tant que Conseiller relation client, Chargé de clientèle ou Conseiller service client.
- Appétence pour le secteur de la sécurité, de la télésurveillance ou des services connectés.
