Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners. About the role Responsibilities Address and resolve Level 2 and 3 support tickets efficiently and effectively Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues Proactive monitoring of the entire infrastructure and rapid incident response Manage and maintain the IT park, ensuring all equipment is functional and up-to-date Act as a liaison with IT service providers to ensure smooth operations Ensure the proper functioning of communication and collaboration tools Regularly update software and perform routine system checks Implementation of IT projects and architectural changes Maintain a knowledge base of technical documentation Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service quality Follow ITIL standards Stay informed about new IT trends and solutions Profile Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Mid-level position, suitable for candidates with initial professional experience or strong academic background Must be fluent in English and French; German is an advantage Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory / Entra ID Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) Understanding of fundamental networking concepts Ability to perform system monitoring and respond to infrastructure alerts Capable of handling Level 3 escalations under supervision Powershell scripting knowledge Willingness to follow procedures and contribute to technical documentation Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a technical team Strong willingness to learn, grow, and evolve toward a senior system administrator role Jetfly's offer: The role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and see your work directly contribute to the success of the business.
