Technology Leadership Development Program - Class 2027 - Europe

Johnson & Johnson's Technology Leadership Development Program is a two-year career acceleration initiative for recent graduates pursuing technology roles in areas such as AI, data science, and full-stack engineering. Participants work across European offices while receiving comprehensive training, mentorship, and exposure to real business projects in a structured development environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with supervisor to achieve goals within assigned capability area (AI, full-stack engineering, data science, or cybersecurity)
- Participate in and lead projects addressing real business and customer needs
- Develop technical, business, and professional skills through on-the-job and structured training
- Collaborate across decentralized operating companies to deliver innovative technical solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Bioinformatics, or related field, attained June 2026–June 2027
- Maximum one year of full-time professional work experience (internships and co-ops excluded)
- Permanent EU work authorization without sponsorship requirements
- Ability to relocate to Maidenhead (UK), Beerse (Belgium), or Madrid (Spain)
- Demonstrated leadership skills, business acumen, and technical proficiency
- Strong analytical and advanced analytics capabilities
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
