En tant que start-up en pleine croissance dans le domaine du smart parking, nous cherchons un• e stagiaire RH motivé• e pour nous aider à recruter, accompagner et fédérer nos équipes à travers l'Europe. Si tu es passionné• e par les relations humaines, l'organisation d'événements, et que tu veux découvrir les coulisses d'une fonction RH (du recrutement à la paie), ce stage est fait pour toi ! Tes missions : Un mix de stratégie et d'action En tant que Stagiaire RH, tu intègreras notre équipe People & Culture et contribueras à :- Recrutement & Onboarding :
- Participer à la rédaction et diffusion des offres d'emploi.
- Pré-sélectionner les candidatures et participer aux entretiens.
- Accueillir les nouveaux talents (préparation des contrats, intégration, formation aux outils internes).
- Améliorer notre processus d'onboarding pour une expérience top dès le premier jour.
- HR Talk - Suivi de carrière et climat social :
- Assister aux entretiens individuels (feedback, objectifs, développement).
- Participer à la mise en place d'actions pour booster l'engagement (enquêtes de satisfaction, ateliers, etc.).
- Aider à analyser les retours pour identifier des axes d'amélioration.
- Événements & Team Building :
- Organiser des événements internes (afterworks, team-building).
- Coordonner la logistique et communiquer pour maximiser la participation.
- Proposer des idées créatives pour renforcer la cohésion d'équipe.
- HR Admin & Paie (Hard HR) :
- Gérer les dossiers administratifs (contrats, avenants, absences).
- Assister à la préparation des payes (en collaboration avec notre partenaire externe).
- Mettre à jour nos outils RH (base de données, tableaux de suivi).
Requirements
Pourquoi ce stage est fait pour toi ?
- Tu es curieux• se, organisé• e et tu aimes le contact humain.
- Tu veux découvrir un large panel d' aspects des RH, du recrutement à la gestion administrative.
- Tu es à l'aise avec les outils digitaux (Slack, Notion) et tu apprends vite.
- Tu parles français couramment, et ton anglais est un vrai plus (nos équipes sont internationales !).
- Tu es proactif• ve, rigoureux• se, et tu sais garder ton calme même quand il y a du pain sur la planche.
Petit plus : Une première expérience en RH, en gestion de projet ou dans un environnement startup est un atout, mais la motivation prime sur tout !
