Krijg jij energie van duidelijke HR-administratie en een team waar menselijkheid, diversiteit, groei centraal staan? In deze rol beheer je de volledige HR-administratie: van contracten en Dimona’s tot dossieropbouw en samenwerking met payroll en HRBP’s. Jij zorgt voor structuur, nauwkeurigheid en een vlotte interne dienstverlening binnen een warme, inclusieve en groei-gerichte omgeving .
FunctieomschrijvingJe wordt het vaste aanspreekpunt voor HR-administratie en ondersteunt het HR-team. Je zorgt dat alles correct, tijdig en nauwkeurig verwerkt wordt.
- Contracten opstellen : nieuwe overeenkomsten, verlengingen, studentencontracten
- Dimona-aangiftes uitvoeren
- Addenda en andere documenten voorbereiden
- C4’s opmaken en versturen
- HR-administratie opvolgen en samenwerken met HRBP’s en payroll
- Nieuwe medewerkersdossiers aanmaken in het systeem
- Nauw samenwerken met het payrollteam en bijdragen aan een vlotte interne dienstverlening
- Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands én Frans
- Je werkt nauwkeurig , gestructureerd en houdt van repetitieve taken
- Je bent klantgericht , discreet en betrouwbaar
- Ervaring met Dimona , contractbeheer of tijdsregistratie
- Ervaring in retail
- Kennis van tijdsregistratiesystemen
