An international group operating in the agro-industrial sector , with activities across multiple global markets. The Brussels-based team provides administrative and technical support to the Group's international operations.

The role
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR administration and support employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare payroll data and manage employee records.
Handle contracts, holidays, absences, benefits and HR documentation.
Manage Dimona, insurance, sickness and accident administration.
Ensure compliance with Belgian social legislation .
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate digital records.
Support recruitment and onboarding.
Help improve HR processes and tools.
Your profile
min 5 years of experience in HR/personnel administration.
Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation .
Experience with payroll and general HR administration.
Very good French and English .
Good MS Office skills.
Organised, proactive, discreet and comfortable working independently.
A great opportunity for someone looking for a broad, hands-on HR role within an international environment .
