To sustain our company's growth, we are currently looking for a LEGAL COUNSEL Your Mission Management of your own portfolio of alternative investment funds in the areas of credit, real estate and private equity Ongoing day-to-day legal support for your client portfolio from incorporation to liquidation Ensuring an in-depth knowledge of your client files and of company secretarial operations Preparing and leading board and shareholders´ meetings Liaising closely with notaries and international law firms Staying informed about legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg Participate in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6) Ensuring updates and correctness of registers Ensuring services are delivered with quality, accuracy and in a timely manner Your Profile You hold an university degree in Law You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar role You have a sound knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to our clients You always take a solution oriented approach to resolving problems You have the capacity and affinity to work in an international and teamwork-orientated environment You are fluent in English, written and spoken, German will be an asset What you could expect Modern office in the financial district Kirchberg in Luxembourg Harmonious and stable working environment Good work-life-balance and flexible working hours Training for your individual career development 30 days of vacation and meal vouchers Reimbursement of public transport costs Supplementary health insurance Parking facilities for rent (within walking distance) Please note that, in accordance with Luxembourgish law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a criminal record certificate (extrait du casier judiciaire) may be requested during the recruitment process.
