The Group, headquartered with full substance in Luxembourg, provides Fund Governance solutions to asset, wealth and fund managers from around the globe and has additional offices in London, Ireland, Porto, New York and Zurich. Reporting to the Group Legal Lead, provide legal support to internal stakeholders to onboard clients and support service delivery across ONE entities, but in particular ONE corporate and the compliance consulting entities. Responsibilities and Duties Manage legal matters related to client onboardings of ONE corporate and the compliance consulting entities. Prepare regulatory filings, update F-ONE and other internal databases. Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts and service provider agreements for ONE corporate and the compliance consulting entities, handling matters with an increasing degree of autonomy. Advise internal stakeholders on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues while delivering practical, business‑oriented guidance. Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and internal ONE policies, ensuring consistent and compliant implementation across stakeholders. Support internal initiatives, including projects related to governance, compliance, and data protection, contributing proactively to process improvements and template updates. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., fund operations, risk, oversight, onboarding, etc.) to ensure legal considerations are embedded in operational decisions. Qualifications LL.M. in Law (or equivalent postgraduate legal qualification). Minimum five years of post-qualification experience gained within a law firm, in-house management company, or Big Four environment, with a strong focus on corporate law. Exposure to the fund industry and understanding of the fund management lifecycle; exposure to corporate secretary tasks. Experience in Negotiation of legal agreements. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational capabilities, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset, with proven effectiveness working as part of cross-functional teams. Experience in project management and/or team management. High degree of autonomy, initiative, and sound judgment, combined with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to think creatively when addressing complex issues.
