European Commercial Specialist - Medical Devices

A well-established Belgian medical-device company is looking for a European Commercial Specialist to accelerate its international growth. You will identify new commercial opportunities, develop customer and distributor relationships, negotiate agreements and expand the company's presence across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across European markets
• Proactively approach prospective customers, distributors and commercial partners
• Build and maintain a strong international network
• Manage the complete commercial cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
• Develop market-entry and account-development plans
• Conduct professional product presentations and commercial meetings
• Negotiate pricing, commercial conditions and distribution agreements
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, congresses and customer meetings
• Monitor market developments, competitors and emerging opportunities
• Deliver measurable commercial growth and achieve agreed sales objectives

Profile

• At least four years of commercial experience within medical devices
• Proven experience with medical consumables and/or disposable products
• At least two years of commercial experience at European or international level
• Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated new-business-development skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
• Professional, proactive and strongly results-oriented
• Able to manage complex commercial discussions and close business independently
• Comfortable working autonomously across different countries and cultures
• Fluent professional English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Willing and able to travel regularly throughout Europe
