Sales Administrator (German Speaking)

For an international company active in the telecom sector and based in Zaventem, we are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the end-to-end post-quotation sales process.In this fully back-office role, you ensure that sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently from validated quotation through to invoicing. You act as a key coordination point between Sales, Operations, and Finance, making sure all data in the ERP system is correct and up to date.

Your tasks as Sales Administrator:Process and manage sales orders accurately in the ERP system (Odoo)Handle requests from customers and Sales Managers regarding order changesVerify pricing, contracts, and commercial data for accuracyPrepare order confirmations, contracts, and other administrative documentsCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth order processingFollow up on orders from confirmation through to invoicingResolve invoicing issues in coordination with the Finance teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM/ERP systemsIdentify and correct discrepancies in orders, pricing, or documentationSupport continuous improvement of sales administration processes

The ideal profile as Sales Administrator:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or equivalent experienceMinimum 2-4 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or back-office supportStrong attention to detail and high level of administrative accuracyExperience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneouslyClear and professional communication skills in a cross-functional environmentFluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an assetExperience in telecom, IT, or B2B technical environments is a plus
