Customer Service Representative (German)

Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Representative (M/F/X) (German).

Do you have an excellent knowledge of German and are you looking for a permanent position within a dynamic and international team? We are seeking a customer-oriented, detail-focused team player for a growing company in Zaventem specialized in services for diplomats and military personnel.

our responsibilities:

• Customer contact by phone and email;
• Maintain and update customer files (including specific customs documents);
• Perform daily checks, checklists, and follow up on overdue files;
• Work with proprietary software; fast and comfortable using PC;
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners.

Profile:

• Excellent German, strong French and English skills are required
• Accurate and detail-oriented, affinity with administrative processes
• Team player, able to work independently; flexibility is a must
• Education is not decisive, relevant experience or a bachelor's degree is required
