Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: Intern - Talent Acquisition (starting as of January/February 2027) Your role: Managing the recruitment process for trainees from A to Z and acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, understanding the law firm's environment and needs; Organising candidates' on-site and Teams interviews; Interviewing candidates to assess their interest, motivation, and suitability for our business activity; Handling administrative tasks (such as drafting contracts and encoding employees) and keeping records up to date in our internal database; Assisting current interns with their administrative needs; Participating in cross-functional initiatives (HR projects, internal events, student visits, job fairs). Your profile: You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Social Sciences; You have an excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset; Your communication and interpersonal skills enable you to thrive in a demanding environment and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders; You are proactive, detail-oriented, organised, and adaptable.
