Your mission

As a  Management Software Support Consultant , you will assist Belgian and Luxembourgish companies in their digitalization.
Your role combines  business analysis, technical support, and customer guidance :

• Provide  FR/ENG customer support as needed (diagnosis, troubleshooting, follow-up via ticketing).
• Install, configure, and set up  new software solutions .
• Analyze accounting needs and propose the  best settings .
• Train and guide users (webinars or remote assistance).
• Collaborate with the  project and  development teams to improve tools.
• Monitor satisfaction indicators and contribute to continuous improvement.

Candidate profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Training or experience in accounting/management IT background (fiduciary, SME or company).
• Knowledge of Horus software
• Curious, pedagogical, and passionate about  management software solutions .
• Customer service oriented, structured approach, team spirit.
• Resilient, solutions-oriented, with a genuine desire to help and share knowledge.
• Knowledge of other software is a plus.
