Wat ga je doen?
En tant que Learning & Development Manager, vous jouez un rôle stratégique dans le développement des collaborateurs et accompagnez la transformation de l'entreprise. Vous développez et mettez en place des programmes de formation favorisant le développement des compétences, le leadership et l'adoption des nouvelles méthodes de travail. Vos principales responsabilités : Développer et déployer la stratégie Learning & Development. Concevoir des parcours de formation adaptés aux besoins de l'entreprise. Accompagner les projets de transformation et de changement. Développer la Rexel Academy. Conseiller les managers en matière de développement des talents. Mettre en place des programmes de leadership. Accompagner les projets de digitalisation et d'intelligence artificielle. Mesurer l'efficacité des formations. Collaborer avec les différents départements. Développer une véritable culture de l'apprentissage.

Opleiding: Master en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie, Sciences de gestion ou équivalent par expérience.
Vakkennis: Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en Learning & Development, HR Development ou Organization Development. Expérience en gestion du changement. Expérience en transformation organisationnelle. Expérience en développement du leadership. Expérience en gestion de projets RH. Une expérience en digitalisation ou en intelligence artificielle constitue un atout. Expérience dans le développement d'une Academy ou d'un centre de formation est un plus.
Talenkennis: Néerlandais : Excellent. Français : Très bon. Anglais : Très bon.
