Wil je een sleutelrol spelen binnen een toonaangevend advocatenkantoor? Als Senior Management Assistant ben je een echte organisatorische spilfiguur en een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de juridische teams.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Strategisch beheer van agenda’s en prioriteiten van advocaten
- Volledige coördinatie van complexe juridische dossiers
- Voorbereiden en controleren van geavanceerde documenten (Word – expertniveau)
- Supervisie van administratieve processen en continue verbetering
- Volledig beheer van de facturatiecyclus
- Contact met nationale en internationale cliënten
Profiel
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in een advocatenkantoor
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands + FR/EN
- Sterke kennis van MS Office (technische tests voorzien)
- Grote zelfstandigheid, gevoel voor prioriteiten en proactiviteit
- Bewezen ervaring in facturatie en een juridische omgeving
- Vermogen om met druk en deadlines om te gaan
