Beschrijving van de functie
Als Sales Executive (intern bekend als Network Advisor) speel je een cruciale rol in het laten groeien van ons netwerk. Jouw focus ligt op het werven van nieuwe leden voor onze professionele netwerken. Je gaat in gesprek met executives, specialisten en leiders, herkent hun behoeften en verbindt hen met de juiste peer groups¿waardoor deuren worden geopend naar samenwerking, leren en nieuwe kansen.
Wat ga je doen?
Ledenwerving: Identificeer en benader professionals die baat zouden hebben bij ons netwerk. Begrijp hun unieke behoeften en match hen met de juiste peer groups.
Waardevolle connecties opbouwen: Word een betrouwbare adviseur die professionals helpt relaties op te bouwen die bijdragen aan hun carrière- en zakelijk succes.
Professionele groei stimuleren: Door toegang te bieden tot het juiste netwerk help je executives en ondernemers om te leren, te delen en te excelleren in een ondersteunende omgeving.

Wie ben jij?
¿ Je houdt ervan om met mensen in contact te komen en hebt een natuurlijk talent voor het opbouwen van relaties¿of dat nu via telefoongesprekken, virtuele meetings of netwerkevenementen is.
¿ Je bent resultaatgericht en gedreven om waarde te creëren terwijl je concrete resultaten behaalt.
¿ Ervaring in sales of een achtergrond in relatiebeheer is waardevol, maar we staan ook open voor kandidaten uit andere vakgebieden die zich willen ontwikkelen en nieuwe vaardigheden willen opdoen.
¿ Ervaring met Salesforce is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste¿wij bieden de tools en ondersteuning om jou te helpen slagen.
¿ Een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal heeft de voorkeur, en kennis van een extra Europese taal is een bonus.
