Amicable Collection Officer Consultant

Mission Overview:

This opportunity is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation.
• Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears.
• Analyse files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: Profound knowledge.

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience:

• Good expertise in MS Office (mandatory).
• Familiar with various IT tools (mandatory).

Business Experience:

• Strong interest in finance and banking products (preferable).
