We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Marketing Stagiair(e) om onze verschillende merken (SPA, Bru, Zyla, Wattwiller & Carola) en de Knowledge & Insights (K&I)-teams te ondersteunen in België, Nederland en Frankrijk.

Je werkt aan concrete projecten, draagt bij aan echte merkbeslissingen en krijgt inzicht in zowel marketinginnovatie & communicatie als het genereren van consumenteninzicht.

Waar je aan zal werken:

Concurrentieanalyse

De concurrentie opvolgen op vlak van innovaties, communicatie, media en Nielsen-data
Duidelijke analyses opstellen ter ondersteuning van merkbeslissingen

Consumenteninzichten

Deelnemen aan consumenteninterviews en het genereren van inzichten
Meewerken aan concept screeners: inspiratie, moodboards, vertalingen en basisanalyses

Categorieontwikkeling

Deelnemen aan productproeverijen en feedback structureren voor drankinnovaties
Helpen om inzichten te vertalen naar learnings voor categorie- en merkontwikkeling

Innovatie & merkopbouw

Artwork en packshots opvolgen met agencies en interne teams
Ondersteunen bij aanpassingen van marketingmaterialen
Meewerken aan ad-hocprojecten rond merkactivatie en visuele consistentie

Waarom deze stage?

Hands-on leren : beheer je eigen projecten en ontwikkel je projectmanagement skills op grote A-merken
Insight-driven marketing : ontdek hoe consumenteninzicht rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan merk- en innovatiestrategieën
Professionele omgeving : leer hoe toonaangevende merken werken

Je bent nieuwsgierig, proactief en klaar om te leren door te doen. Idealiter ben je:

Minstens 6 maanden beschikbaar (bijvoorbeeld vanaf september 2026 of december/januari 2027)
Geïnteresseerd in marketing, merken, consumenteninzichten en innovatie
Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en in staat om verschillende topics tegelijk te beheren
Praktisch ingesteld en niet bang om zowel creatieve als analytische taken op te nemen
Vertrouwd met de basis van marketing via je studies, projecten of eerdere ervaringen
Vlot in het Engels, met een goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans (meertaligheid is een groot pluspunt)
Een eerste stage-ervaring is een sterke plus

Spadel is een Europese familiebedrijfsgroep met als missie om consumenten natuurlijke oplossingen te bieden voor hun hydratatie- en verfrissingsbehoeften, hun hele leven lang.

De groep commercialiseert merken van natuurlijk mineraalwater, bronwater en verfrissende dranken op basis van natuurlijk mineraalwater: Spa en Bru in de Benelux, Devin in Bulgarije, Wattwiller en Carola in Frankrijk. Daarnaast biedt het ook natuurlijke energiedranken met een verlaagd suikergehalte aan onder het merk Zyla.

Duurzaamheid zit diep verankerd in het DNA van de Spadel Groep.

In 2024 behaalde de groep een omzet van 379,3 miljoen euro. Eind 2024 telde Spadel 1.359 medewerkers.
