TMC: the destination of choice for top engineers

The Young Graduate Program at TMC is a 1-year program that assists you in finding your way as an Employeneur on your first job experience. We will assist in finding a first project in the sectors that interest you the most. You get the chance to work on a challenging side project with other young graduates from different backgrounds, guided by an experienced Employeneur. During the year, TMC organizes several workshops to improve your soft skills and entrepreneurial mindset.

We are looking for graduate engineers for exciting projects in Belgium’s large tech companies and innovative start-ups. Among others, we are currently recruiting engineers all over the country for our software & electronics Business Cell in Belgium:

• Computer science engineers for software development projects
• Embedded software engineers with excellent knowledge of Linux for open source projects
• Electronics and microelectronics engineers to work on tomorrow’s chips.

What we expect from you

• You have a Master’s degree in Electronics-ICT, Computer Science, Microelectronics, or Embedded Software.
• You’re motivated to take ownership of your career and eager to learn and grow.
