En tant que Procurement Officer , vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des achats liés aux activités pharmaceutiques. Vos responsabilités incluront notamment :
- Assurer le suivi des relations avec les fournisseurs et garantir une communication efficace concernant les commandes, les livraisons et les demandes en cours.
- Encoder, suivre et contrôler les commandes d'achat dans le système SAP en veillant au respect des procédures internes.
- Vérifier les confirmations de commandes, les délais de livraison et assurer le suivi des éventuelles non-conformités.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les données fournisseurs, articles, contrats et documents liés aux achats.
- Gérer le traitement administratif des e-mails, factures, bons de commande et documents associés aux approvisionnements.
- Collaborer avec les départements Supply Chain, Production, Qualité et Affaires Réglementaires afin de garantir la disponibilité des matières premières, consommables et équipements nécessaires aux opérations.
- Assurer un suivi documentaire rigoureux conformément aux exigences de qualité et de traçabilité du secteur pharmaceutique.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus achats et au respect des standards de conformité du groupe.
Profil
- Vous communiquez aisément en français et en anglais ; la connaissance du néerlandais constitue un réel atout.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel , et possédez une bonne connaissance de SAP ou d'un ERP équivalent .
- Vous appréciez les tâches administratives et faites preuve d'une excellente rigueur dans le suivi des dossiers.
- Vous êtes organisé(e), méthodique et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément dans un environnement exigeant.
- Vous disposez d'un excellent sens du service, d'un bon relationnel et aimez travailler en équipe.
- Une première expérience dans les achats, les approvisionnements, la supply chain ou l'administration des achats est fortement souhaitée.
- Une expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, chimique, biotech ou dans un environnement soumis à des normes qualité constitue un avantage important.
- Vous êtes sensible aux enjeux de conformité, de qualité et de traçabilité propres au secteur pharmaceutique.
