Beschrijving van de functie
Als Procurement & Sustainability Manager werk je nauw samen met verschillende departementen en adviseert het management over risico's, opportuniteiten en verbeterinitiatieven.
Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:
Uitwerken en opvolgen van de duurzaamheids- en ESG-strategie en bijhorende roadmap.
Bepalen en implementeren van het groepsbrede aankoopbeleid .
Onderhandelen en coördineren van groepscontracten en strategische aankopen.
Duurzaamheidscriteria integreren in leveranciersselectie, aanbestedingen en contracten.
Opvolgen van de CO?-voetafdruk, ESG-KPI's en duurzaamheidsrapportering .
Coördineren van audits, certificeringen en duurzaamheidsassessments.
Identificeren van risico's, opportuniteiten en duurzame alternatieven binnen procurement.
Leveranciers evalueren op vlak van kosten, kwaliteit, compliance en duurzaamheid.
Teams begeleiden en sensibiliseren rond duurzaam en verantwoord aankopen .
Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders en duurzame verbeterprojecten realiseren.
Aansturen en coachen van de Facility Coordinator.
Jouw profiel
Heb je een hoger diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring, bij voorkeur aangevuld met kennis van procurement, ESG of duurzaamheid .
Beschik je over 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen procurement, sustainability, ESG of supply chain.
Heb je ervaring met sourcing, onderhandelingen, leveranciersbeheer en indirect procurement.
Ken je de principes van duurzaam inkopen, leverancierscompliance en Total Cost of Ownership .
Heb je een goede kennis van ESG- en duurzaamheidsvraagstukken.
Ben je analytisch, pragmatisch en sterk in stakeholdermanagement.
Werk je vlot met reporting- en dashboardtools.
Spreek je Nederlands en Frans en heb je een goede kennis van het Engels.
