Voor een tijdelijke opdracht van 6 maanden zoeken we een Marketing & Event Coordinator die zorgt voor een vlotte organisatie van evenementen, webinars en marketingcampagnes.µ Jouw taken
Organiseren en opvolgen van interne en externe evenementen.
Coördineren van webinars en sales events.
Opvolgen van inschrijvingen, deelnemerslijsten en communicatie.
Ondersteunen van marketingcampagnes en promotiemateriaal.
Beheren van facturen, purchase orders en budgetopvolging.
Samenwerken met interne teams en externe leveranciers.
Administratief sterk en uitstekend georganiseerd.
Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels.
Goede kennis van Excel.
Proactief, communicatief en nauwkeurig.
Ervaring met eventorganisatie is een plus.
80% of voltijdse tewerkstelling.
Aantrekkelijk loonpakket met extralegale voordelen.
Glijdende uren en mogelijkheid tot telewerk.
