We begeleiden talent doorheen hun loopbaan, waken over welzijn en competenties, en zorgen ervoor dat onze mensen elke dag professioneel en gemotiveerd onze klanten kunnen beveiligen.
Jouw rol
De juiste mensen vinden, in een sector waar kwaliteit cruciaal is. Als Senior Recruiter werk je autonoom binnen een breed en uitdagend rekruteringsdomein. Je bewaakt kwaliteit doorheen het volledige proces en fungeert als gesprekspartner voor de business.
Je verantwoordelijkheden:
- End-to-end rekrutering van:
- bewakingsagenten (instroom en ervaren profielen)
- technische profielen en techniekers binnen SERIS Technology
- senior bedienden en stafprofielen (operations, support, management)
- Voeren van inhoudelijke selectiegesprekken en zelfstandig beslissen over geschiktheid en inzetbaarheid.
- Samenwerking met hiring managers: scherp hun noden aan, adviseer over profielen en bewaak realistische verwachtingen.
- Actieve sourcing en opvolging van kandidaten via o.a. LinkedIn en andere kanalen.
- Samenwerking met marketing rond campagnes, instroomacties en employer branding.
- Mee bewaken van kwaliteit en consistentie binnen selectieprocessen.
- Actieve bijdrage aan digitalisering en optimalisatie van tools en rapportering.
- Delen van expertise en best practices binnen het recruitmentteam.
Wie zoeken we?
- Ruime ervaring in rekrutering (bij voorkeur 5 jaar of meer)
- Aantoonbare ervaring met:
- de bewakingssector of een sterk gereguleerde omgeving
- het aanwerven van technische en/of senior profielen
- Vlot schakelen tussen volume en maatwerk, zonder kwaliteitsverlies. xbpgvfh
- Sterk in competentie- en gedragsgericht interviewen
- Tweetalig Nederlands/Frans
- Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk
- Keuzes durven maken, prioriteiten stellen en advies geven
