Life Insurance Sub Broker Officer Within our Life Insurance department, reporting to the Head of Insurance, you will act as an intermediary between the policyholder and the insurance company throughout the term of the insurance contracts, providing information on insurance contracts, assisting with their underwriting, managing day-to-day operations and executing them with a constant focus on customer satisfaction. YOUR MISSION: Front office activities: Know/understand the product offering and services of insurance companies. Support bankers by answering their commercial, technical and operational questions. Develop insurance proposals in consultation and negotiation with insurance companies in collaboration with the Head of Insurance. Participate in various remediation exercises in collaboration with the team. Middle office activities: Prepare contractual documentation relating to life insurance contract transactions and insurance accounts Depending on the client's needs, initiate, transmit, and monitor the execution of each transaction with insurance companies. Ensure data is codified in our management/CRM tools. Establish internal relationships in accordance with internal procedures and guidelines. Keep data up to date in internal tools throughout the business relationship. Coordinate with other internal experts (IWS, Custody, Credit) or external experts (insurance experts or client advisors) to finalize the life insurance solution that best meets the client's needs Monitor technical and regulatory developments Back-office activities: Implement controls and follow up on the processing of these discrepancies with the team in Luxembourg. Participate in updating positions and transactions in our management tool Ensure that systems and databases are updated in liaison with internal and external contacts Ensure the follow-up and archiving of paper documentation received from insurance companies Legal and regulatory responsibilities: Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements. Maintain the appropriate knowledge to be fully qualified for the role. Complete all mandatory training necessary to achieve and maintain the required skills. Adhere to, understand, and promote an appropriate risk culture and sound risk management practices within the site; take ownership of and act proactively on the results of first, second, and third line controls within the company's area of responsibility. YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor's degree required Experience in the field of Luxembourg life insurance (minimum 3 years) Ability to work to tight deadlines Organizational and priority management skills Attention to detail and rigor Excellent internal and external interpersonal skills Customer service skills Team spirit Absolute respect for confidentiality in all interactions with third parties, both internally and externally. Accompagner les banquiers et répondre à leurs questions commerciales et opérationnelles Elaborer une proposition d'assurance en consultation et négociation avec les compagnies d'assurance en collaboration avec le head of insurance Participation aux différents exercices de remédiation en collaboration avec l'équipe Activités Middle office : Préparer la documentation contractuelle relatives aux opérations sur les contrats d'assurance-vie et les comptes assurances Selon les besoins du client, initier, transmettre et suivre l'exécution de chaque opération auprès des compagnies d'assurance; Assurer la codification des données dans nos outils de gestion/CRM Procéder l'entrée en relation interne selon les procédures et directives internes Maintenir les données à jour dans les outils internes tout le long de la relation d'affaires Assurer la coordination auprès des autres experts internes (FSA, Custody, Crédit) ou externes (experts chez les assureurs ou le conseil des clients) afin de finaliser la solution assurance-vie adéquate aux besoins du client Assurer une veille technique et règlementaire Activités Back-office : Mettre en œuvre les contrôles et faire le suivi du traitement de ces écarts avec l'équipe à Luxembourg. Participer à la mise à jour des positions et de transactions dans notre outil de gestion Assurer la mise à jour des systèmes et bases de données en liaison avec les interlocuteurs internes et externes Assurer le suivi et archivage de la documentation papier reçue par les compagnies d'assurance Responsabilités légales et règlementaires: Respecter toutes les exigences légales, réglementaires et de conformité interne applicables. Maintenir les connaissances appropriées afin d'être pleinement qualifié(e) pour assumer le rôle. Suivre toutes les formations obligatoires nécessaires pour atteindre et maintenir les compétences. Adhérer, comprendre et promouvoir une culture du risque appropriée et une pratique saine de la gestion du risque au sein du site; s'approprier et agir de manière proactive sur les résultats des contrôles de première, deuxième et troisième lignes dans le domaine de responsabilité de l'entreprise.
