Wat zal je job inhouden?
Ben jij een gedreven en commercieel wonder klaar voor de volgende stap, of heb je al een eerste succesvolle commerciële ervaring op zak? Krijg jij energie van mensen overtuigen en zit je liefst elke dag op weg om nieuwe deals te sluiten? Dan zoeken wij jou! Jouw dagelijkse taken als accountmanager zijn:
- Fysieke klantenbezoeken: je bent dagelijks op de baan en doet 3-5 klantenbezoeken per dag.
- Je bouwt banden op met je netwerk en volgt de getekende contracten sterk op.
- Je voert adviserende verkoopgesprekken, stelt offertes op en onderhandeld over de voorwaarden.
- Je coördineert jouw planning in regio Vlaanderen zo effectief mogelijk.
- Je houdt alle salesactiviteiten en klanteninformatie bij in CRM-systemen.

Jij bent een rasechte onderhandelaar met een flinke dosis doorzettingsvermogen. Je bent resultaat gericht en laat je motiveren door targets. Daarnaast neem je mee:
- Een eerste commerciële werkervaring.
- Een geldig rijbewijs B, aangezien je dagelijks op de baan bent.
- Perfecte beheersing van de Nederlands taal.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

- Aanvulling van het brutoloon door een mooi commissiesysteem waardoor je nettoloon kan oplopen tot €5000 - €6000 per maand.
- Een bedrijfswagen met tankkaart.
- Flexibele opstart uren tussen 08.30uur en 09.45uur.
- Extralegale voordelen bij vast contract.
- Coaching om jouw commerciële talent volop te kunnen benutten.
