Verantwoordelijkheden - Uitvoeren van cleaning validation analyses: staalvoorbereiding, HPLC-analyse en dataverwerking in Empower. - Opstellen en uitvoeren van validatieprotocollen voor analytische methodes en method transfers. - Analyseren van validatieresultaten en opmaken van validatierapporten. - Reviewen van data gegenereerd door andere analisten. - Uitvoeren van compendial reviews, methodeverificaties en training van analisten. - Ondersteunen van jaarlijkse reviews, inclusief data-analyse en rapportering. - Beantwoorden van interne en externe vragen. - Opstellen en reviewen van labo-documentatie zoals SOP's, lab data sheets, trainingdocumentatie, change controls, deviations en CAPA's. - Bieden van analytische technische expertise rond farmacopee-testen, regulatory requirements, investigations en root cause analysis. - Organiseren en opvolgen van method transfer projectmeetings. - Werken volgens GMP, geldende regelgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
Profiel - Master- of bachelordiploma in chemie, wetenschappen, farmacie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een analytisch labo. - Ervaring met validatieprotocollen, SOP's en validatierapporten. - Sterke HPLC-kennis is vereist;
ervaring met Waters-systemen is een plus. - Ervaring met Empower is een must. - Kennis van farmacopees zoals USP, Ph. Eur. en JP. - Goede kennis van cGMP. - Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. - Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht. - Proactief, probleemoplossend en sterk in prioriteiten stellen. - Teamplayer die ook zelfstandig kan werken. - Ervaring met cross-functionele projecten is een plus. - Goede kennis van Microsoft Word, Excel en PowerPoint.
