Project Engineer Lab Support - Compliance & Validation

De afdeling Lab operations is verantwoordelijk voor release testing van de grondstoffen en actieve ingredienten, het testen van process intermediaren, en na afvulling kwaliteitscontrole van finished products en stabiliteitsstudies. Hierbij wordt een diversiteit aan analytische en bio analytische technieken aangewend (HPLC, UPLC, GC, SDS, CE,IEF, Karl Fisher, TOC, AAS, Slot Blot, Western Blot, ICP-OES, ELISA,…).

Volgende taken vallen onder de bevoegdheid van het team
- Monitoren van compendiale updates, bewaken van compendial compliance van de (bio) analytische methoden
- Methodevalidatie, methodetransfer en implementatie van (bio) analytische methodes
- Algemene QC related projecten
- Beheren van QC kritische processen : methode validatie/transfer , compendial update, risk register
- Support bij audits
- Ondersteuning mbt validatie/transfer binnen de labo’s
- PAT (Process Analytical Testing)
Hierbij ben je eindverantwoordelijke voor je project. Dit omvat :
- Project management: planning en communicatie naar stakeholders, budgettering
- Contacten met leveranciers en contractlabo’s
- Opstellen documenten volgens de richtlijnen (rational/protocol/rapport/SOP/change control, …)
- Opzetten van methode validatie, methodetransfer strategie
- Coördinatie/opvolging van de praktische uitvoering door getrainde labo analisten
- Evaluatie en trekken van conclusies uit data mbt validatie en transfer van methodes
- In geval van issues treed je op als probleemoplosser : uitvoeren van troubleshooting, root cause analysis mbv DMAIC, …
- Implementatie/training van nieuwe testmethodes en procedures
Opleiding en ervaring
- Je behaalde een Master diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting : (industrie)apotheker, xbpgvfh analytische chemie, biochemie , industrieel ingenieur chemie/biochemie, bio-Ingenieur …
- Je hebt minimum 1 jaar ervaring in een GMP omgeving, ervaring in in Quality Control, validatie, change control, … zijn een sterk voordeel
- Ervaring in projectbeheer
- Kennis van (bio) analytische chemische technieken o.a. HPLC, GC, AAS, ELISA, …
- Je bent resultaatgericht en kan prioriteiten definiëren en tijdig escaleren
- Je bent communicatief sterk en beschikt over de nodige overtuigingskracht.
- Je bent positief ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan omgaan met veranderingen
- Je bent vlot in Nederlands en Engels
