Votre Mission
Vous êtes un Chef de projet HVAC et vous aimez prendre en main des projets techniques ambitieux de A à Z ? Vous recherchez un poste dans lequel votre expertise, votre autonomie et votre capacité à prendre des décisions ont un réel impact ?

Votre rôle
En tant que Chef de projet HVAC, vous êtes le véritable pilote de vos projets. Vous prenez en charge leur préparation, leur organisation et leur réalisation, tout en gardant une vision globale des enjeux techniques, financiers, contractuels et commerciaux.
Vous êtes le lien essentiel entre le bureau d’études, les équipes d’exécution et le client. Présent sur le terrain, vous veillez à la bonne réalisation des installations, anticipez les difficultés et proposez des solutions techniques pertinentes pour optimiser les projets et créer de la valeur.
Vous pouvez compter sur le soutien d’équipes internes spécialisées en ingénierie, achats, sécurité et finance, tout en conservant une véritable autonomie dans la stratégie et la gestion de vos projets.
Vos responsabilités
- Préparer et organiser les chantiers : ressources, équipements, planning et organisation générale.
- Assurer la coordination entre le bureau d’études et les équipes d’exécution tout au long du projet.
- Piloter la planification, le budget et les aspects contractuels.
- Assurer un suivi régulier du client et veiller à sa satisfaction tout au long du projet.
- Identifier les optimisations et proposer des alternatives techniques pertinentes.
- Collaborer avec le responsable de site dans la constitution et le pilotage des équipes d’exécution.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les plans de sécurité et d’hygiène, en collaboration avec les équipes dédiées.
- Garantir le niveau de qualité attendu et mettre en place, lorsque nécessaire, un plan qualité spécifique.
- Assurer le suivi du projet jusqu’à sa livraison et son suivi après-vente.
Votre profil
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire
- Autonome et structuré, avec un fort esprit d'équipe dans des environnements multidisciplinaires
- Communication fluide et professionnelle en néerlandais et en français
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou licence en électromécanique, ou expérience équivalente
- Solides compétences numériques (Word, Excel, Outlook, outils de gestion de projet)
- Assume ses responsabilités.
- Apprécie la structure, la vue d'ensemble et la qualité
- Aborde les dossiers techniques de manière critique et orientée solution
- Ose prendre des décisions et fait preuve d'un leadership naturel
