Voor een innovatieve producent van technische bouwoplossingen zoeken we een Sales Engineer die techniek en commercie moeiteloos combineert. In deze buitendienstfunctie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en adviseer je hen over technische oplossingen en toepassingen. Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit en speelt een actieve rol in de verdere groei van de markt.
- Adviseren en begeleiden van klanten bij de keuze en toepassing van technische producten.
- Introduceren van nieuwe oplossingen en innovatieve toepassingen.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantenrelaties.
- Fungeren als technisch-commercieel aanspreekpunt voor jouw regio.
- Detecteren van markttrends, klantbehoeften en commerciële opportuniteiten.
- Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals R&D, kwaliteit en commerciële binnendienst.
- Meedenken over projectspecifieke oplossingen en technische uitdagingen.
- Waken over een optimale klanttevredenheid, van prospectie tot aftersales.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
Vereisten
- Bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Ervaring in een technische commerciële functie is een pluspunt.
- Affiniteit met de bouwsector of technische producten.
- Sterke communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
- Commercieel ingesteld met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief nemen.
- Kennis van CRM-systemen is een troef.
- Technisch inzicht gecombineerd met een klantgerichte mindset.
- Een bestaand netwerk binnen de bouwsector is een extra troef.
