- Jz onderhoudt en versterkt de relaties met schade-experts, makelaars en verzekeringsmaatschappijen.
- Je prospecteert actief naar nieuwe partners en zorgt ervoor dat zij bij een schadegeval spontaan aan uw bedrijf denken.
- Je bezoekt de getroffen locatie, meestal binnen de 24 uur, en schat de omvang van de schade in.
- je maakt na een interne opleiding een eerste budgettaire raming op.
- Je stelt offertes op en verzorgt de administratieve en financiële opvolging van elk dossier.
- Je coördineert de teams en volgt de werkzaamheden op tot de volledige oplevering.
- Je blijft buiten de gewone werkuren bereikbaar om dringende meldingen te registreren en de klant gerust te stellen, zonder dat u zich telkens onmiddellijk hoeft te verplaatsen.
- Je werkt voornamelijk in Brussel, Vlaams-Brabant, Limburg en de regio Antwerpen.
- Je beschikt over een sterke commerciële ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring met werfopvolging en het opstellen van offertes.
- Je drukt je perfect uit in het Nederlands én het Frans.
- Je houdt van prospectie, klantencontacten, terreinbezoeken en dossieropvolging.
- Je blijft rustig en professioneel in gebouwen die soms zwaar beschadigd zijn.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
- Je stelt je flexibel op wanneer een dringende situatie daarom vraagt.
- Je krijgt onmiddellijk een contract van onbepaalde duur.
- Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijk jaarsalaris, afgestemd op jouw ervaring.
- Je beschikt over een elektrische bedrijfswagen.
- Je krijgt een laptop, een gsm en een abonnement.
- Je geniet van een hospitalisatieverzekering en een netto-onkostenvergoeding.
- Je volgt een volledige opleiding om schadegevallen correct te leren inschatten.
- Je krijgt een gevarieerde functie waarin commercieel werk, werfopvolging en menselijk contact samenkomen.
