Krijg je energie van IT-infrastructuur, netwerken en hardware? Voor een veelzijdige technische rol zoeken we iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en klanten helpt wanneer het technisch even tegenzit. Je komt terecht in een ervaren IT-team waar je na een goede opleiding zelfstandig aan de slag gaat en tegelijk kunt rekenen op de expertise van je collega's.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je installeert , configureert en onderhoudt netwerken en diverse POS-hardware zoals computers, servers, printers, scanners en schermen.
- Je ondersteunt klanten ter plaatse, telefonisch en via mail en analyseert technische incidenten om snel tot een oplossing te komen.
- Je implementeert IT-infrastructuur bij klanten en werkt mee aan technische projecten.
- Je configureert en beheert netwerken, firewalls, VPN- en SD-WAN-oplossingen en virtualisatieomgevingen.
- Je werkt zelfstandig bij klanten, maar maakt deel uit van een ervaren team waarop je steeds kunt terugvallen.
Waar ga je werken?
Onze klant is al meer dan een halve eeuw actief als ICT-partner voor openbare besturen, woonzorgcentra, notarissen, hulpverleningszones en retailorganisaties. Ze combineren softwareoplossingen met technische installaties, hardware en uitgebreide IT-support. In deze functie kom je terecht binnen het team dat instaat voor de technische ondersteuning en infrastructuur van retailklanten.
Waarom is dit iets voor jou?
- Je hebt een bachelor Informatica of relevante ervaring binnen systeem- en netwerkbeheer.
- Je hebt een brede technische kennis van Windows Server, Active Directory, routing, VLAN, RADIUS, WiFi, virtualisatie en security.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het configureren van firewalls en bij voorkeur kennis van VPN en SD-WAN.
- Je bent klantgericht , communicatief sterk en beschikt over een echte probleemoplossende mindset.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, kennis van Frans is een plus.
- Kennis van Azure en Office 365 is mooi meegenomen.
