Robert Half is op zoek naar een Senior Customer Service Specialist (m/v/x) voor één van onze klanten in Diegem .
Onze opdrachtgever is een internationale marktleider, bekend om innovatie, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid. Je komt terecht in een moderne, internationale omgeving waar je - als enige customer service specialist in België - zeer zelfstandig werkt, met contact met collega's in Nederland en andere landen. Autonomie, proactiviteit en initiatief zijn onmisbaar in deze rol.
Jouw uitdaging:
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten: je levert wereldklasse service aan zowel bestaande als potentiële klanten.
- Beheer en verwerking van orders: vanaf aanmaak tot facturatie (inclusief credits, retouren en probleemoplossing).
- Proactief klantcontact en opvolging: begeleiden van klantonboarding en stimuleren van digitale tools.
- Databasebeheer: juist bijhouden van klantgegevens en opvolging in ERP- en CRM-systemen.
- Escalatie- en claimbeheer: bewaken van klanttevredenheid, oplossen van issues en opvolgen van vragen.
- Lokale magazijnactiviteiten: producten inboeken, verpakken en verzenden.
- Inkoopprocessen: registreren en opvolgen van bestellingen bij leveranciers.
- Actief meedenken aan het verbeteren van de e-commerce business, commerciële administratie en recycling-projecten.
- Volledige opvolging van het debiteurenbeheer volgens de juiste procedures.
Wie zoeken we?
- Minimaal 5-8 jaar relevante ervaring in customer service/support, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving.
- Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Zelfstandig, initiatiefnemend, oplossingsgericht: je bent gewend om beslissingen te nemen zonder direct toezicht.
- Zeer vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Kennis van Office 365, ervaring met ERP- en CRM-systemen is vereist.
- Goed gevoel voor administratie en nauwkeurigheid.
- Bereidheid om hoofdzakelijk op kantoor te werken in Diegem.
