En tant que Responsable de ligne emballage, vous êtes le moteur de votre ligne de production. Vous assurez son bon fonctionnement, coordonnez votre équipe et veillez à la qualité des produits finis, dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant. Vos tâches sont: Vous préparez, démarrez et conduisez la ligne d’emballage (réglages, formats, changements de bobines, résolution des incidents de premier niveau…) Vous assurez les arrêts de ligne et le rangement des installations Vous réalisez ou supervisez les contrôles qualité (marquage, détecteur de métaux, poids…) et intervenez en cas d’écart Vous organisez le travail de votre équipe et coordonnez les tâches au quotidien Vous participez aux remplacements lors des pauses sur la ligne Vous intervenez ponctuellement sur des postes d’emballage, tri ou rangement Vous veillez au respect strict des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité propres au secteur alimentaire Vous contribuez activement à l’amélioration continue des performances de la ligne Envie de mettre votre expertise au service d’une équipe dynamique ? Qui êtes-vous? m/v/x
- Vous avez une première expérience en tant que responsable des machines d’emballage
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec le travail en pauses (matin, après-midi et nuit si nécessaire)
- Vous faites preuve d’un bon esprit d’analyse
- Vous prenez des initiatives et organisez efficacement votre travail
- Vous communiquez facilement et appréciez le travail en équipe
- Vous respectez rigoureusement les règles d’hygiène, de qualité et de sécurité
- Vous êtes orienté·e solutions et aimez améliorer les processus
Formation: Diplôme A2 ou expérience équivalente
Connaissances professionnelles: Connaissances de base des machines d’emballage Expérience en environnement de production alimentaire est un atout
Connaissances linguistiques: Français
Attestations: Permis B
