an experienced Sales Manager with true hunter DNA , driven to build markets rather than maintain them.

Your mission at BESTMIX Software: Market Expansion & Closing Power
As Sales Manager for Belgium & the Netherlands , you act as an entrepreneur within the company, with full ownership of your territory.
You independently develop the market and build a sustainable sales pipeline , with a clear focus on new customer acquisition
You work closely and collaboratively with our SDR team , who support you with qualified leads, meetings, and market insights
You take ownership of high‑potential opportunities, lead consultative sales conversations, develop strong business cases, and drive deals to successful closure
In parallel, you actively prospect the market yourself using cold calling, social selling, targeted networking, and face‑to‑face meetings
You clearly articulate the value of our software solutions and position BESTMIX as a strategic partner to our customers
Together with SDRs, Marketing, and Sales Leadership, you develop effective acquisition strategies and continuously improve our go‑to‑market approach
What you bring:
3–5 years of experience in B2B software sales , ideally in a fast‑growing or dynamic environment
A proven hunter mindset : proactive, resilient, structured, and strongly result‑driven
Experience working with SDR teams and leveraging them to increase focus, reach, and win rates
Cold calling is not a burden for you, but a deliberate and effective sales tool
Confident use of digital sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn, CRM systems) for lead generation and opportunity management
Strong communication and presentation skills, combined with solid commercial acumen
Fluent communication in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage
You work remotely from your home office in Belgium or the Netherlands and are willing to travel regularly within Benelux and occasionally across Europe
