Client Engagement Coordinator - law firm (M/F/X)

Our client is a leading international law firm based in Brussels. Offices are reachable by public transports.

• Maintain and update lawyer biographies on the website, including deals, publications, rankings, and recognitions
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of client communications (legal updates, newsletters, etc.) across various platforms
• Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate client and contact data, and supporting reporting and tracking of business development activities
• Support the organization and execution of client events (invitations, registrations, logistics, follow-up)
• Collaborate with digital teams to manage website content and event promotion
• Assist in the production of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and newsletters
• Conduct basic research on clients, industries, and market trends
• Track marketing expenses and support administrative processes
• Provide general support to the marketing and business development team on ongoing projects
• Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A first experience in marketing, events or professional services.
• Experience with CRM systems or marketing tools is a plus
