Our client is a leading international law firm known for its high standards, collaborative culture and complex cross-border work. With offices in major business hubs worldwide, the firm advises clients on legal matters across multiple practice areas.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to 2 Partners and several Associates
- Manage complex calendars, meetings and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
- Prepare, edit and format legal documents, presentations and correspondence
- Ensure accurate filing and document management in line with firm procedures
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Assist with billing processes, expense reports and time entry follow-up
- Support with business development activities, including pitch documents and client presentations
- Anticipate needs, handle priorities and contribute to the smooth running of the team
- Proven experience as an Assistant (Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant), ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent command of English (near-native or fully fluent) and an excellent level of French, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
- Proactive, reliable and service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a demanding environment
- Strong IT skills (MS Office and document management systems)
