Le Chief PMO évolue au cœur de l'organisation commerciale et stratégique, en support direct du Group CCO. Le rôle s'inscrit dans un environnement de transformation à fort enjeu, avec une exposition régulière au Comité Exécutif et au Board. Il combine des responsabilités de Chief of Staff, de pilotage PMO et de support stratégique dans un contexte international, matriciel et orienté performance.
Responsabilités
¿ Piloter des projets stratégiques transverses liés à la transformation commerciale (organisation des ventes, performance, innovation).
¿ Structurer et suivre le cycle stratégique (planification, budget, exécution, performance).
¿ Développer et challenger des business cases (pricing, croissance, partenariats).
¿ Piloter le pipeline d'innovation et les initiatives (dont AI et digitalisation).
¿ Produire des analyses stratégiques et financières (marges, pipeline, KPIs).
¿ Préparer les supports Board et Executive avec des recommandations claires.
¿ Assurer la gouvernance (SteerCo, pricing boards) et le suivi des actions.
Profil
¿ 8 à 12 ans d'expérience en stratégie, PMO, transformation ou Chief of Staff.
¿ Excellentes capacités analytiques et de synthèse.
¿ Expérience en environnement complexe et transformation.
¿ Excellentes compétences en communication (anglais requis).
¿ Forte autonomie, rigueur et capacité à délivrer sous pression.
Master (Business, ingénierie, économie ou équivalent).
