Radarwerk is een full service crew agency in de eventsector. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in personeelsmanagement en -administratie van jobstudenten en flexi-medewerkers op festivals en evenementen in heel België.
We bouwen aan een sterke community van gedreven Radarwerkers en ondersteunen organisaties via duidelijke communicatie, flexibele oplossingen en kwalitatieve teams onder leiding van ervaren teamcoaches.
Functieomschrijving
Als Community Builder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de instroom van studenten en flexi-medewerkers. Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken met medewerkers en verwerkt dit via ons digitaal platform. Door mensgerichte vragen kom jij vlot de talenten van de sollicitanten te weten en kan je dit goed communiceren naar jouw collega’s van planning. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle sollicitanten, volgt vragen op en zorgt ervoor dat de werking voor iedereen duidelijk is. Tussen februari en augustus ligt jouw focus op de instroom. Tevens is het jouw taak om studenten te voorzien van relevante feedback die wordt besproken in de wekelijkse teammeeting met jouw collega’s van kantoor Antwerpen en Gent.
Naast instroom, werk je ook aan:
- Het opzetten van trainingen voor teamcoaches en crewchiefs
- Het bezoeken van relevante studies en opleidingen in Vlaanderen om studenten te enthousiasmeren voor Radarwerk
- Het contacteren van de poule om te polsen naar hun ervaring en beschikbaarheid
- Het organiseren van activiteiten voor de Radarwerkers (creativiteit is zeker welkom!)
- Het uitzetten van vacatures op verschillende platforms
Naast het werk op kantoor, is er in de zomerperiode zeker ruimte om op festivals of evenementen mee te werken als coördinator. Het grootste deel van de workload zal voornamelijk in de lente/zomerperiode vallen, wanneer de meeste festivals en evenementen plaatsvinden. Er is voldoende ruimte om dit in de rustige periodes te compenseren.

- Je bruist van de energie en kan niet wachten om dit in de praktijk in te zetten
- Je bent sociaal, behulpzaam en toegankelijk
- Je hebt een positieve werkmentaliteit en houdt van sociaal contact
- Je vindt het tof om te werken met studenten
- Je bent tijdens het festivalseizoen stressbestendig en flexibel in uren
- Je hebt duidelijke affiniteit met de eventsector
- Zowel in een team als zelfstandig functioneer je erg goed
- Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands en Engels
- De startdatum is te overleggen (ideaal vanaf de tweede helft van oktober)
- Starters of net-afgestudeerden zijn meer dan welkom!
Aanbod

- Een voltijds contract van bepaalde duur (40u/week) met eerlijke verloning volgens PC 304, inclusief extralegale voordelen (vergoeding woon-werkverkeer, ADV-dagen). Na een positieve evaluatie wordt het contract verlengd met een vast contract.
