Business Analyst - BI-OPS

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant Business Analyst to support our client under a consultancy mission at the client's premises. You will deliver business analysis within the client's BI-OPS team, ensuring that all responsibilities below are executed as a Keystone Solutions consultant working closely with the client.

Client Context and Team Scope:

Our client is a Belgian federal agency responsible for the reception of asylum seekers in Belgium. The client manages reception centers nationwide and oversees the quality of care and guidance provided to asylum seekers. The client also organizes voluntary returns to countries of origin.

The BI-OPS team is responsible for all applications used by asylum seekers and reception centers, including medical applications, administrative and logistics process support for centers, and the implementation of legal obligations. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will contribute to business analysis activities across this full scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a confirmed Business Analyst within the client's BI-OPS team as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• Conduct end-to-end business analysis aligned with the team's remit, spanning:
  • Applications supporting asylum seekers and reception centers.
  • Medical applications and related business processes.
  • Administrative and logistics processes for reception centers.
  • Implementation and operationalization of legal obligations within the client's systems and processes.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders while representing Keystone Solutions' consulting standards and values on site.

• Role: Confirmed Business Analyst.
• BPMN: Expert level.
• UML: Expert level.
• Business Process Management: Confirmed level.
• Business Process Re-engineering: Confirmed level.
• Agile: Junior level.
• SCRUM: Junior level.

Language Requirements:

• French: Active knowledge.
• Dutch: Passive knowledge.

Location and Work Setup:

• Primary work location: On site at the client's premises in Brussels (1000).
• This is a consultancy assignment delivered by Keystone Solutions; you will operate on site with the client while benefiting from Keystone Solutions' support, methods, and community.
