Internship: Project Coordinator global shared services

You will be part of a dynamic team within the global shared services department, collaborating with various departments on an exciting project involving the roll out of an ordering tool in South-America.

Key Accountabilities

You will work on the roll out of an ordering tool in South-America.

• Maintain weekly contact with each country to follow up on the project plan
• Set and monitor deadlines to collect feedback

• Perform data analysis (e.g. spend, supplier data)
• Support the setup and configuration of the tool
• Contact suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information

Who are we looking for?

• You have a bachelor or master in Economics, business administration, finance, IT
• You have good communication skills
• You have an analytical mindset
• Good knowledge of English is mandatory, Spanish is an asset ; any additional languages are an asset

Practical Info

• For this internship you should still be enrolled in a study program 
• Period of the internship : April until June or July until September
• (minimum) Duration of the internship : 3 months or longer
• Location of the internship: Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium
