Position Overview: 

As the Senior Key Account Manager EVCS, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to identify, pursue, and activate multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) and new original equipment manufacturer (OEM) business opportunities. You will be responsible for defining and achieving EVCS sales targets, maximizing annual volume purchasing contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to reach and activate targeted multi-channel GTM and new OEM business opportunities within the EVCS market.

- Define and execute sales targets for EV charging solutions to maximize annual volume purchasing contracts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Deliver growth (Order, Revenues, Nb. of new channels, Nb. of new accounts).

- Take full ownership of all related specific customers’ needs and ensures constant customer issues resolutions, with all needed Hager Group functions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, e-mobility partners, and industry influencers, to drive business growth and enhance Hager's market presence.

- Collaborate closely with the Hager Market Area, including market management, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure cohesive strategy execution and alignment of initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with the BU, incl. all needed function and be accountable for driving the Governance framework BU-MA (from Targets setting… to Monitoring and controlling).

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the EVCS sector.

- Provide insights and feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring Hager remains at the forefront of the EV charging solutions market.

- Represent Hager Group at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our EVCS offerings and strengthen our brand presence.

Profile: 

- Proven Expert in Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions (EVCS) with a strong network within the OEM and e-mobility industry.

- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales or account management.

- Mandatory EV charging business experience. Automotive, utilities, OEMs or related sectors are a huge plus.

- Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing environment, leveraging market insights to drive business success.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with a focus on achieving measurable results.

- Fluent in Local Language

- Proficiency in French and/or German are a huge plus.
