Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, la direction et des partenaires externes, dans une logique de co-construction et de performance.
Fonction
En tant que Marketing Manager , vous êtes le véritable moteur de la performance marketing et de la visibilité d’APRIL Belgium.
Vos responsabilités principales
- Définir et déployer une stratégie marketing et communication ambitieuse , alignée avec les objectifs business
- Piloter la communication globale online & offline et superviser la création de contenus
- Déployer et optimiser la stratégie digitale , notamment via le CRM Salesforce
- Concevoir, lancer et analyser des campagnes orientées génération de leads et conversion
- Animer et développer le réseau de courtiers (outils marketing, campagnes ciblées, événements, supports commerciaux)
- Organiser des événements clients et partenaires pour renforcer l’engagement et la visibilité
- Contribuer activement au développement de l’offre et aux réflexions stratégiques (opportunités de croissance, business plans)
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales pour transformer les opportunités en succès
- Piloter les prestataires externes (agences, freelances…)
- Gérer et optimiser les budgets marketing (marketing direct, communication, relations, marketing stratégique et études)
Votre objectif : créer de la valeur, renforcer la notoriété et accélérer la croissance .
Profil
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en marketing B2B , idéalement dans l’assurance ou un environnement de distribution indirecte
- Profil autonome, polyvalent et très opérationnel , avec un fort esprit entrepreneurial
- Excellente maîtrise des leviers marketing digitaux (campagnes, lead generation, CRM – Salesforce est un atout)
- Solide compréhension des enjeux business , des produits et des modèles économiques
- Orientation résultats, capacité d’analyse et sens de la performance
- Excellentes compétences en communication et collaboration transverse avec des équipes commerciales
- Proactivité, esprit d’initiative et approche orientée solutions
- Bonne capacité de gestion de projets et coordination de multiples interlocuteurs
- Parfaite maîtrise du néerlandais et bonne maîtrise du français (oral et écrit)
